Did you know that writing what you just 'said and read' will help you become a 'ready to reader?'  Absolutely! The more you write, the easier it is to read.   Sooooo - now that you've practiced your word wall words and your chunk challenges, it's time to have some fun and write it down.  (If you haven't practiced yet - your mom and dad can find out how to help you by looking on this website under "Sight Words" and "Chunk Challenges.")

Then bring your work to school to share with me and our class.  You'll get to choose a sticker for your work and we'll know you're a Star Student because you cared enough to share with us!  And - you can bring your work from home whether it's one of the activities from this website or one you chose on your own.  We'd love to see what you've learned.  Have fun.  See you in kindergarten.
